Qualification and: BSC Degree in civil Engineering and above
Experience: 14 years of relevant work experience out of which 5 years in managerial Position in construction

Job SUMMARY:
- Plan, organize, direct, control and supervise the activities of the Company. Ensures that adequate resource are supplied to projects on time. Monitors that progress of construction projects and supervises progress reports Vs schedules and ensures that they are completed to the standards required within agreed timescales and to the agreed budget line.
- Evaluate performance of the company every week, month, quarterly biannually and report the Gift Business group.
• Advises on the purchase of plant and machinery to ensure that is appropriate for the purposes intended;
• Makes periodical studies and implement improved working techniques that help boost manpower and equipment efficiencies;
• Identifies problems that hider project progress and finds solution for smooth and timely completion of projects;
• Maintains Knowledge of modem civil engineering techniques and processes and recommend any system that will enhance the effectiveness of the construction function;
• Advises on construction methods, quality and safety standard to ensure that plant and equipment, working methods and processes copy with design specifications and identified standards.

- Follow from time to time the company get business through various mechanism
- Prepare annual budget and submit for approval Gift Business group
- Ensure the company shall participates In every and appropriate bids In consultation with the D/MD
Ensure availability of Resources for project implementation

Qualification and experience: MA/B.A Degree in procurement & Supply Management or related fields with a minimum of 10 years and above experiences out of which 3 years in managerial position.
