CGPA: Male 3.25 Female 3.0 (Developing regions- Male 2.75 Female 2.50)
Additional foreign language skills other than English preferable (Arabic/French/Chinese/Russian/Spanish)

Interested applicants who fulfill the above requirements can submit their relevant testimonial documents (original and non returnable copies), with a photograph in person to MoFA Head Office, HRM Directorate General.

Regional registration addresses: Civil Service University Distance Education coordination offices at Bahir Dar, Hawassa, Mekelle and Harar or at Civil Service Divisions in Adama, Jimma Dessie and Diredawa. Applicants in developing regions (Gambela, Semera, Assosa, and Jigjiga) can register at the offices of the Regional state president.
