Outsourced Operations Controller Job at Heineken Brewery - 2015

Purpose of the job

Responsible for the management of outsourced operations in accordance with set policies and guidelines on the agreement. Ensure quality service is provided as per the terms and conditions in the agreement and service providers get payed timely.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Monitoring

Assure that outsourced activities are performed  to the standardDevelop KPIs to measure the performance of service providersMaintain records of the activities performed Regularly report performance and take corrective measure if the performance is below targetGive feedback to service providers about their performanceEnsure service providers comply with the relevant company standardsNotify stake holders about the expiry date of rental WHs in the OPCO 2 months before expiryEnsure all contracts are reviewed by legal advisorEnsure all payments due to damage or loss caused by service providers is collected through strict follow up.

Control payments

Ensure invoices are received on time.Confirm the operational numbers reconcile with the actual task performed.Regularly report the budget Vs actual for the specific operationsConfirm invoices are correctEnsure all relevant approvers have checked and signed on invoices before paymentEnsure service providers get payed on time
