Save the Children has been operational in Ethiopia since the 1932, providing support to children through developmental and humanitarian relief programs delivered both directly and through local partners. Current programming focuses on child protection, child rights governance, education, health, HIV/AIDS, livelihoods, nutrition and WASH. Save the children has an operational presence in all the regions of the country with approximate staff size of 1800.

Save the Children Ethiopia Country Office, therefore, wants to hire an experienced and competent consulting firm to conduct Comprehensive review and evaluation of the jobs post and grade structure of Save the Children Ethiopia country office

The consulting firm should fulfill the following.

Background information on what the consultant plans to do as per the TOR, and/or critically analyzing the components of the TOR itself.Company Profile, CV of the principal(s) and/or co-workers with supportive documents on relevant work experience (s). Skill and experience of staffs that will be employed by the consultant to undertake the activity will also be part of the assessment criteria. The consulting firm team composition should hold Masters in HRM, Business administration, Mgt and 10+ years of experience.Specialized training on Job Evaluation preferably HAY groups methodologyCertificate of Service (Recommendation) at least from 2 organization

Interested applicants should submit two separate sealed documents in which one document should include the technical proposal including curriculum vitae of the proposed professional(s) with supporting document that shows previous work experience. The second document should include professional fee on the basis of daily rates, VAT and perdiem costs, as well as transport costs separately for the stated work along with copy of renewed Consultancy License to the above mentioned address of Save the Children, Ethiopia Country Office, before or on July 24, 2015, at 2:00 P.M in bid box ready for this purpose. The procurement committee will open the bid.

Save the Children reserves the right to accept or reject the entire or partial part of this bid
