The company is in the process ofstarting up a New Business Unit providing food catering and related services to the local market We are therefore inviting high caliber candidates to fill in the below vacant position:
1. Purchasing/Store Officer
Job Summary:
The Purchasing/Store Officer will be responsible for the timely procurement of goods and services for AIC ensuring cost effectiveness commensurate with quality. All purchases shall be in accordance with AIC standard and practices. The incumbent will promote and maintain a high level of communication and liaison with the external Suppliers, Governmental and other relevant organizations as and when needed. Responsible for the overall performance of the section in giving service to all departments/sections and management of all store operational issues, to include store safety and emergency procedures, store administrative duties, physical inventories, price changes, etc. under the supervision of Purchasing & Stores Manager.
Education: Degree in Purchasing & Supplies management or related fields
Work Experience: Five years relevant experience in the food industry
Skills:
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, motivational, communication, problem solving & analytical skills.
- Strong operations experience in stores management receiving, stock control, and inventory management and budgeting
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability work under pressure within strict deadlines
- Negotiation and coordination skills to effectively work with a variety of suppliers including food, apparels & technical spare parts.
- Knowledge/ experience of procedures to liaison with Government authorities like DACA, Ministry of Health & Ministry of Trade regarding food inspections.
- Knowledge/experience of customs clearance procedures for imports
- Computer proficiency.
- Valid light duty 3rd driving license.
- Professional command in English (verbal and written).
Job Summary
The Production Admin Officer must be able to calculate and cost the recipes from different customers and be able to prepare correct TRFs. Moreover, he/she will supervise the Production Admin Assistant in their day-to- day Operations in Production.
Education: Degree or Diploma In Management/Administration or related field.
Experience: 3 years of experience in food preparation/production and familiar with food costing and meal presentations.
Skills:
- Proficient in computer applications (MS Office 2007)
- Professional command in English (verbal and written)
- Good data management, record keeping and filing skills
- Strong human relations/interpersonal skills
- Willing to work extra hours
Job Summary: Performs all administrative duties and responsibilities of Production Department
Education: Certificate/Diploma in Business Management, Hotel Management or related field
Experience: 3 years of relevant experience ideally ins food manufacturing or service set up.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Computer Applications
- Good knowledge of Data Management
- Good Organizing Skills
- Very good Communication Skills
- Strong human relations/interpersonal skills
