EDUCATION: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or above form recognized University
DUTY AND RESPONSIBILTY
- Allocate duties to the appropriate engineering staff
- Check log book and action ay issues related to engineering problems
- Ensure plant and equipment’s are operated in safe & proper way
- Monitor parts stock, Follow preventive maintenance schedules & its implementation
- Follow up utility consumption rate, collate data & prepare report
- Ensure all work carried out is logged before the end of the shift including times
- Make sure plant & operation which are to be attended in manned all time
- Play active rolein the hotels
emergency, health & safety
- Ensure professional and timely execution of all working reports & tasks that is within the scope of work.
- Ensure that the workman ship standard meets expected quality level
- Ensure smooth operations of the different (electrical, mechanical or civil work) related systems.
- Pay attention to energy saving
- Should be cable of communicating & engaging with team members, expected to guide, and supervise them.
- Able to follow proper trouble shooting procedures
- Must be able to take charge of the situation and work on own
- Need to be capable of handling office commination task follow up scheduling, planning of maintenance task.
- Capability to analyze & validating establish facts as well as takes decision
QUALIFICATIONS
- Should be smart and presentable
- Should be knowledgeable in Microsoft office applications, including CAD,CMMS,BMS
- Proven leadership skills is a must
- Must be able to have track record of technical competency
EXPERIENCE: Relevant Experience of 6-8 years for the Assistant and 4-5 years for service Engineer in similar positions, or process based industry; thermal related field such as (Boiler, refrigeration& air conditioning maintenance) is required.
