Hope Enterprises was established in 1971 as one of the first indigenous non-governmental organizations in Ethiopia. Hope promotes holistic transformational human development aiming at improving the quality of life of the underprivileged. It is operating in six regions of Ethiopia including Addis Ababa, Oromia (Herrera and Roggie), Amhara (Dessie), Gambella, Benshangul (Assosa) and Southern Nations and Nationalities (Sintaro). In these regions Hope is implementing basic care, education, vocational training and community development programs leading to competence and sufficiency. The provision of basic necessity ensures the wellbeing of the children and youth beneficiaries, and supports the education program of Hope schools and TVET Institutes. Hope’s role goes beyond education and training, to assisting graduates find jobs.

- Level 3 in GMFA, COC level 3 Certified and Teaching methodology certificate with 1 year experience.
