Job Description:

Coordinate and delegate the responsibilities of IT team, to be an experienced professional developer with a full understanding of industry practices, current technology and a good insight into future techs, able to respond to complex briefs and resolve a wide range of issues in a creative and practical way.
To leads and direct multiple small and medium projects, running presentation meetings with clients and having the ability to explain and demonstrate advanced concepts.
Coaching, developing, supporting and motivating all digital team members and influence the digital direction of the team’s work.
IT Team Leaders have comprehensive knowledge and skills to guide all these professionals. Leaders are able to motivate teams and maintain a comfortable and conducive working environment.
Functions of an IT Team Leaders may include:

• Give direction and guidance


• Coach and mentor team members


•  Review assignments for accuracy and quality


• Delegate responsibilities


• Coordinate application of software releases


• Develop and execute company policies


• Attend meetings, trainings or seminars

Work with other departments

Job Requirements:

IT team leader should have a first degree in Computer Science. Other acceptable degrees include information technology, management information systems, software engineering and networking.
