1. Branch Manager-Grade C Branch [Woldia, Burie Damot, Woreta and Negele Branches]
BA in Management or Accounting or equivalent
Experience: 2 years as Assistant Branch Manager Grade B-Branch or Senior Accountant or equivalent OR 7 years relevant experience after holding BA in the Banking industry
2. Assistant Branch Manager- Grade B Branch (Adama Branch)
BA in Management or Accounting or equivalent
Experience: 2 years as Assistant Branch Manager- Grade C Branch or Accountant II equivalent OR 6 years as Junior Accountant or equivalent after holding BA in the Banking industry
3. Assistant Branch Manager-Grade C Branch [Burie Damot, Logia-Semera, Woreta and Negele Branches]
BA in Management or Accounting or equivalent
Experience: 2 years as Customer Service Supervisor or Accountant I or equivalent OR 4 years relevant experience after holding BA in the Banking industry
4. Junior Customer Service Officer [Negele Branch]
BA in Marketing or Management or equivalent OR Diploma or TVET 10+3 or Level IV & COC Award in Banking & Insurance or Accounting or equivalent
Experience: For BA, 1 year as Bank Clerk or equivalent after holding BA
For Diploma, 2 years as Bank Clerk or equivalent after holding Diploma
5. Teller I – Automated [Negele Branch]
BA in Accounting or Management or equivalent OR Diploma or TVET 10+3 or Level IV & COC Award in Banking & Insurance or Accounting or equivalent
Experience: For BA, 1 year as Junior Teller Automated or equivalent or 1 year banking experience after holding BA
For Diploma, 2 years as Junior Teller Automated or equivalent or 4 yea banking experience after holding Diploma
6. Junior Customer Service Clerk [Negele Branch]
Diploma or TVET 10+3 or Level IV and COC Award in Banking & Insurance or Accounting or equivalent and CGPA of 2.5 and above for Diploma or 80% and above for TVET 10+3/Level IV
Experience: No prior experience is required (shall seat for a competency test)
7. Junior Trainee Teller-Automated [Negele Branch]
Diploma or TVET 10+3 or Level IV in Banking & Insurance or Accounting or equivalent and CGPA of 2.5 and above for Diploma or 80% and above for TVET 10+3/Level IV
Experience: No prior experience is required (shall seat for a competency test)
8. Junior Secretary [Negele Branch]
Diploma or TVET 10+3 or Level IV & COC Award in Secretarial Science
Experience: 1 year as Junior Secretary after holding Diploma in the Banking industry OR 2 years as Junior Secretary OR 3 years relevant experience after holding Diploma
9. Branch Coordination Officer I
BA in Accounting or Management or equivalent
Experience: 2 years as Junior Accountant or equivalent after holding BA
10. Workout Loan Officer
BA in Accounting or Management or equivalent
Experience: 2 years as Credit Monitoring and Follow- up Officer or equivalent OR years relevant experience after holding BA
11. Personnel Administration Officer I
BA in Management or Human Resource Management or equivalent
Experience: 2years as Junior Personnel Administration Officer or equivalent OR 4 yea banking experience or 5 years relevant experience after holding BA
12. Junior Branch Auditor (Addis Ababa Branches)
BA in Accounting or equivalent OR Diploma or TVET 10+ 3 or Level IV & COC Award in Accounting or equivalent
Experience: For BA, 1 year banking experience after holding BA For Diploma, 2 years as Bank Clerk or equivalent OR 4 years banking experience after holding Diploma
13. Junior Hardware Engineer
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent
Experience: 1 year relevant experience after holding B.Sc. in the Banking industry OR 1 year as Junior Hardware Engineer or equivalent OR 2 years relevant experience after holding B.Sc.
14. Junior Customer Service Clerk (Addis Ababa Branches)
Diploma or TVET 10+3 or Level IV and COC Award in Banking & Insurance or Accounting or equivalent and CGPA of 2.5 and above for Diploma or 80% and above for TVET 10+3/Level IV
Experience: No prior experience is required (shall seat for a competency test)
NB: For position no. 14, only graduates of 2013/2014 and 2014/2015 need to apply.
Salary: As per the Bank’s Salary Scale
