Globally, Dummen Orange (Red Fox Ethiopia) is the largest young cutting and bedding plant firm with a significant presence in Ethiopia for over 12 years. The company is based in Koka, employs over 2500 staff and has plans to grow further, to strengthen the company operations, to strengthen the commitment to customers and to provide a good working environment for our employees.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Main responsibility is to translate operational performance into financial performance data and KPIs.


• Interpreting and communicating operational and related financial data/KPIs to and from non-financial managers;


• Analyzing financial performance and contributing to business planning/forecasts;


• Any related activities as needed and given by the organization.

• A talented individual that thrives for world class standards, progress in career and knowledge.


• Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.


• ACCA Part qualified candidates are highly preferable and is of a grate advantage


• 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in export based and manufacturing business with a company that has high accounting standards and practices.


• Relevant work experience in Management Accounting and Cost Accounting


• Relevant Experience with an international audit or manufacturing-operational firm is of a great advantage


• Fluency in English
