Future Hopes Integrated Development organization/FHIDO/ is an indigenous, non-governmental, non-profit, secular, legally registered Ethiopian resident charity working to building self-reliant and self-sufficient generation in Ethiopia through comprehensive and sustainable development approach. Its vision is to see the wellbeing of deprived, excluded and vulnerable children and youths in its operational areas. Since 1986 FHIDO has been striving to ensure the sustainable resilience of the beneficiaries to take part in the social, economic and political activities of their communities. In July 2010 FHIDO was reregistered as Ethiopian resident charity and operational in the ten districts of Arada sub-city and two districts of Burayu town in four core programmatic areas namely: Early Childhood Development (ECD), Basic Education, Youth Development and Yekokeb Berhan HVC project. FHIDO is currently seeking for competent, qualified and interested applicants for the following position.
Education
Bachelor Degree or Diploma in education, economics, business administration, social work, entrepreneurship and other related social science fields.
Experience
Minimum 3 years for Bachelor Degree and 5 years for diploma in NGO (after graduation) in community development work with some exposure to sponsorship projects.
Required Skill
Excellent communication and report writing skill both in Amharic and English language, Computer literate,
Term of employment: One year contract with possible extension
