· Responsible for Assisting the CEO, CFO, Directors, the Board, other Corporate representatives in areas of advanced administrative, secretarial, translation, facilities, reception, communication, analysis and reporting works.
o Under minimum supervision and acting on own initiative, performs diverse and advanced administrative and secretarial support for an Executives of the organization.
o Assignments involve work of a confidential and/or complex nature, necessitating exposure to sensitive information and contacts requiring considerable discretion, judgment, tact and diplomacy as well as a practical knowledge of the practices and procedures of the function, general company policies and programs.
o Independently gathers, compiles and analyses information from multiple sources, and prepares a variety of complex reports, manuals, or agendas.
o Maintains sensitive files and records for CEO and CFO. Reviews and answers mail and inquiries on own initiative and determines within established guidelines if executive action is required.
o Refers routine matters to appropriate parties for action and follows up to ensure proper disposition.
o Communicates with executive, administrative and line management to gather and convey information pertaining to Executive’s responsibilities.
o Answers telephone calls and tactfully handles inquiries and/or refers to appropriate party. Arranges and makes notifications of appointments and travel reservations/arrangements.
o May prepare and process expense reports. Performs a wide variety of normal secretarial, administrative, and clerical duties including taking dictation, translation, transcribing notes for letters, memos and reports.
o Types materials in final form from very rough or involved drafts which may frequently use technical terminology and statistical data.
o Plans the layout of complex reports, proposals and statistical tables. Typically uses word processing and spreadsheet software packages to prepare correspondence, reports and other memorandum. May use database, graphics and desktop publishing applications.
o Operates a variety of general office equipment such as personal computer, copier, calculator, printer or other office machines.
o Interfaces with clerical or secretarial staff from within or outside the function. May have contact with firms, organizations or individuals from outside the company.
MBA in Business Administration or other relevant qualification together with a minimum of 3 years in a related experience in a corporate or multinational company with experience in successfully assisting the CEO / CFO.
BA in Business Administration or other related qualification with a progressive experience of 7 years in out of which 3 years in a the same position in a corporate or multinational company with experience in successfully assisting the CEO / CFO

Ability to present complex information in a succinct and compelling manner
