1. Branch Manager I
Education: B.A. Degree in Accounting/Banking/ Management/related fields
Experience: 6 years of banking experience of which four years in supervisory positions
Competency:
- Thorough knowledge of accounting, business law and financial management;
- Thorough knowledge of financial policies and regulations of the Bank;
- Ability to coordinate and direct subordinates,
- Communication and interpersonal skills:
- Basic computer application skills

2. Accountant I
Education: B.A. Degree in Accounting/Banking/Management
Experience: 2 years of relevant banking experience
Competency:
- Good knowledge of accounting and financial management principles and practices;
- Good knowledge of financial management policies and procedures of the bank;

- Communication and interpersonal skills;
- Basic computer application skills

3. Cashier I
Education: College Diploma in Accounting/related fields
Experience: 4 years of relevant banking experience
Competency:
- Good knowledge of banking principles and practices:
- Good knowledge of cash management practices of banks:
- Good knowledge of policies and procedures of cash activities of the Bank:
- Basic computer application skills.

4. Customer Service Clerk (Maker/Checker)
Education: College Diploma in Accounting/ Management or related fields
Experience: 2 years of relevant banking experience
Competency:
- Knowledge of banking principles and practices:
- Knowledge of cash management practices of banks;
- Good knowledge of cash management policies ar procedures of the Bank;
- Basic computer application skills

5. Senior HR Officer
Education: B.A. Degree in Management or related field
Experience: 3/4 years of experience on related jobs
Competency:
- Very Good knowledge of principles and practices of human resotce management:
- Very Good knowledge of human resource policies and procedures of the Bank;
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing:
- Ability to coordinate activities and maintain harmonious human relations
- Basic computer application skills
