Job Summary: Under the general direction of Head, Core Banking and Database Administration Division, the incumbent provides general support to end users on Core Banking and other related systems. S/he also administers the website of the bank and different interfaces, participates in debugging software related problems using appropriate tools, Documents, tracks and monitors all support requests related to Core banking and Software Development, regularly participates on End of day and End of Month activities.

Minimum work experience and Educational Qualification Requirement:

• B.Sc. Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business/ Project Management or related fields


• No experience is required. Only graduates of 2008 EC whose CGPA is ≥2.75 are entitled to apply

Additional Skills:

• Knowledge of Website Designing, Editing is mandatory


• Oracle database or MY SQL are required


• Knowledge on Web platform development software is mandatory.


• Good skills on Website designing and administration.


• Ability to identify, analyze and solve problems


• Good Knowledge of Software Development


• Basic Banking concepts
