Qualifications:
Advanced degree required in agriculture, economics, international development, or a related field
Minimum of seven years of experience designing, implementing, and managing development projects in Ethiopia
Ability to collaborate effectively with the private sector, government entities, and international donors
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Amharic
