Qualifications:
- Advanced degree required in agriculture, economics, international development, or a related field
- Minimum of seven years of experience designing, implementing, and managing development projects in Ethiopia
- Ability to collaborate effectively with the private sector, government entities, and international donors
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Amharic
