Chemonics International, an international development consulting firm based in Washington, D.C., seeks qualified candidates to support an upcoming project that seeks to improve the performance of agriculture marketing and value chains in Ethiopia. By increasing nutrition-sensitive productivity, strengthening inclusive market systems and trade, and improving the enabling environment in support of agricultural transformation, the activity will improve nutrition and income for smallholder farmers. Qualifications:
- Advanced degree required in agriculture, economics, international development, or a related field
- Minimum of seven years of experience designing, implementing, and managing development projects in Ethiopia
- Ability to collaborate effectively with the private sector, government entities, and international donors
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Amharic
