The responsibilities for Distributor& Marketing Manager are:
- To Establish and maintain the sales channel of handset and achieve the revenue goal of handset in Ethiopia;
- To vigorously expand channel partners and outputs a suitable the Ethiopia business model distribution system and process for sell-through and sell-out segment;
- To set up one forceful retailer team to cover sell-through and sell-out segment,in order to implement our retail sale ,promotion and brand building work;
- To share the successful experience and case of other vendors;
- To output market information analysis and dynamic report on a regular basis
- Responsible for the relationship building and maintenance with main distributors, retailers and operators in Ethiopia.
The requirements for the candidate are:
- At least 5 years experience in the distribution handset market is a must.
- GTM planning and execution process for General Retail, covering all retail activities
- Channel performance management covering physical retail ,telesales ,online ,B2B & distribution
- Have experience on build sell-out team and manage the performance
- Have strong ability on market analysis and output guideline
- Working experience in go-to-market department as an expert;
- Detailed knowledge of local distribution business models;
- Have deep relationship of local distributors and general retailers…etc
