Major duties and responsibilities
- Provide expertise for the full scope of HR functions including all aspects of Recruitment and Selection, employee relations, employee benefit and administration, employee engagement, practices, policies, training, etc.
- Responsible for HR integration activities.
- Ensure 100% HR compliance.
- Facilitating staff Performance appraisal.
- Organizing training.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Management, Human Resources Management, Public Administration or related fields from the accredited university.
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources Management.
- Familiar with local labor law proclamation.
