Tactical and operational
- Develop annual procurement calendar
- Develop procurement tactical and operation plan for Africa juice
- Develop contracting and procurement manuals, procedures and process
- Select, implement and cooperate the supply chain information in regards to procurement, record and management systems in accordance with international standards
- Manage the supply and purchase of all capital goods and consumables required by the business, including those items imported and those purchased in Ethiopia
- Manage procurement and supply of fruit (Volumes and verities) to the processing facility against the demand for fruits products
- Support the supply chain Manager in the development and delivery of strategic plan for the company to be followed ones the transformation plan has been executed
People Management
- Assist on recruitment, establishment and maintain the procurement team to effectively accomplish the department’s goals and objectives
- Provide clear and dynamic leadership creating and enabling environment that promotes exceptional performance
- Lead, motivate and maximize performance from his team
- Ensure that the values and principles of the Africa juice tibila share company are disseminated, reinforced and maintained throughout the organization
External relationships
- Serve as primary liaison between the company and its suppliers of goods and services
- Serve as primary liaison between the company and its customers in close cooperation with Africa juice BV
- Build and manage relationship with imports /exports agencies and authorities to insure smooth and timely and importation of capital goods

Education:
- BA degree in Purchasing and supply Management/ Management, relative filed
