1. Director, Human Resource Management Directorate
Reports to: Vice Governor, Corporate Services
Educational Qualification & Experience: 2nd Degree in Management, Accounting, Economics, Banking & Finance or related field and 10 years’ proven experience (in HR strategy and policy formulation; talent management; job analysis, evaluation and grading; talent acquisition; staff training and development; compensation and benefit management; employees performance management and other HR functions) out of which 3 years relevant experience on supervisory position.

Strategic Leadership and Planning; Good knowledge of HRM Practices; Communication & interpersonal; Conflict management and negotiation; Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and make decisions; Good knowledge of implementation of succession planning and talent management; Good knowledge of Compensation and benefits management and Computer applications
Job Summary:
Own, follow up, and manage HR strategy formulation, HR Planning, staff acquisition, performance management, training and development, compensation management, Employee relations and working environment, Separation management tasks of the bank under the supervision of the top management.
Duties and Responsibilities:

2nd Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Management Information Systems or related field and 10 years of relevant experience (in ICT systems and infrastructure management such as systems and networking administration; Database management; Core Banking and other application systems management; IT project management; user support and Help desk; knowledge management and other IT functions) out of which 3 years on supervisory position
Skills & Abilities:
Strategic leadership and planning; Excellent Verbal & Communication skills; Analytical & conceptual skills; advanced knowledge in management of Information Systems, Problem-solving and reasoning skills, Good knowledge of Information Systems project management; Ability to coach and mentor subordinates; An ability to work to tight deadlines and within constraints; Understanding of complex information and requirements and Good knowledge of Contemporary Management of Information systems.
Job Summary:
Provide and support secured and modernized information Systems service that enables the efficiency and effectiveness of the Bank and making available timely and credible data/information to stakeholders to facilitate regulatory compliance, credit decision, financial and economic analysis, surveillance and research.
