As Finance Director you will lead World Vision Ethiopia’s Finance teams and functions. Direct the strategic financial planning and management process for World Vision Ethiopia’s $100 million annual budget and ensure organizational financial accountability and reporting.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field, Graduate Degree in Management or related field.


• Excellent working knowledge of GAAP and government/donor regulations and requirements.


• Certified Public Accountant or equivalent.


• The position requires ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time.
