Roles and Responsibilities
EHMI Evaluation
The consultant will:
· Review EHMI related national documents and evaluation processes to better understand the hospital reform context
· Review draft evaluation reports (both qualitative and quantitative) and hold discussion forums with the evaluation core team and technical advisory group as necessary
· Finalize and produce one EHMI evaluation report comprising both quantitative and qualitative pieces within the time framework and submit to the core team for input
· Incorporate comments provided by the core team and finalize reports
· Prepare final reports and presentations for national evaluation result dissemination workshops
· Prepare workshop proceedings
· Finalize the evaluation report based on the stakeholders feedback and submit to FMoH/MSD
EHRIG and HMPI Revision
• Compile inputs collected to support the EHRIG and HMPI revision and give to the respective teams
• Plan and coordinate revision teams meetings
• Take notes of the team meetings and draft chapters with key performance indicators
• Circulate drafted chapters to respective team members for review and feedback
• Continue the team meetings until the chapter drafts get matured and well developed
• Work very closely with the revision core team to get clear guidance on the process and out puts
• Align key performance indicators with the revised HMIS indicators
• Compile chapters and produce final drafts
Plan , coordinate and facilitate finalization workshop with all relevant stakeholders including regions and selected hospitals
Travel involved
A minimum of two travels to either Adama or Bishoft is anticipated during the consultancy to coordinate and facilitate to the evaluation result and revised documents dissemination workshops. All travel costs will be covered and organized by the client.
