Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Marketing Manager of Organic Liquid Fertilizer Producing PLC, She/he will responsible for all sales activities in assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling promoting the company’s products in an on-going effort to increase overall sales productivity.
Typical Responsibilities
Identify potential areas for fertilizer demand and prepare sales planDesign different marketing strategies helping to maximize market sharePromote company’s product to end usersDemonstrate and suggest professional recommendation for different cropsEstablishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospectiveCustomers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the company productsMakes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.Supporting our agents/sub-dealers/retailers to achieve sales goal both in overall and within the channel policies and rules of our company, doing some promotion activities for our channels;Collecting the needs/supports/complaints from our agents/sub-dealers/retailers, settling the problems for them, maintaining a good relationship with different hierarchies of channels;
Salary: Birr 7,000 plus 2% sales commission
Term of Employment: Permanent
Work Place: Addis Ababa
Minimum Education: Degree or above level, in Plant Science or Horticulture
Work Experience: 2 years and above practical agronomic experience
Skills: practical cultivation skills, Good Communication, Report Writing, Computer Skills and Supervisory skills
