Love in Action Ethiopia (LIAE), an Ethiopian Resident Charity, nonprofit organization seeks qualified professional for the projects of Sexual Reproductive Health (SRH) and Community Capacity Building (CCB) which funded by Kinderpostzegls and Civil Society Support Program (CSSP).
Position Title: Program Manager
Reports to: Program Director
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
Position Summary: the Program Manager will collaborates with the Executive/program Director in leading creation of strategic vision for the project and Implementation of activities, and supervise the technical staff
Job purposes
The Program Manager oversees the coordination and administration of all aspects of ongoing SRH/CCB on planning, leading, and controlling program activities and organizing project staffs.
Education/Experience: MA/MSc or B.A/BSc Degree in Social Sciences.
Minimum 6 years for BA/BSc or 4 years for MA/MSc of professional experience
Terms of Employment: Contact with possible extension
Salary: As per the organization scale
