Position 1: General Manager
Qualification: BA degree or MA degree in Business Administration, Management or other related fields
Work Experience: For BA holders more than 15 years of experience at managerial level out of which at least 5 years of experience in top managerial position and for MA holders 10 years of experience at managerial level of which at least 2 years of experience in top Management position.
Desired skills:
• Good international communication skill and fluent in English both spoken and written.
• Very good knowledge of Ethiopian trade and customs regulations
• Good leadership and management skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Plans, organizes, directs and controls the overall organizational activities
• Deals with international suppliers and principals
• Deals with Governmental/ non Governmental organizations, Private companies, etc
Place of work: Addis Ababa
Salary and benefits: Negotiable
Position 2: Technical Manager
Qualification: B. Pharm degree and additional Training in management or Marketing is advantageous
Work Experience: 10 years and above out of which, 5 years of experience in the position of technical head or other managerial position.
Desired skills:
• Good communication skill and fluent in English both spoken and written.
• Very good knowledge of pharmaceutical legislation and FMHACA’s regulations
• Good leadership skill
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Plans, organizes, directs and controls the pharmaceutical activities of the company
• Deals with international suppliers and principals.
• Deals with the business development of the company
• Manages the company’s medical warehouses as per the rules & regulations of FMHACA
