Summarized Job Description:
The Senior Sales and Marketing Executives will engage and maintain TRACON’s prospective customers, and advance the company’s market position by developing and defining a sales plan. The incumbent will develop strategies and tactics for profitable revenue growth within the various channels (wholesales, retail, up-country, etc) and ensure that sales volumes are achieved according to the sales plan. The position is also responsible for collaborating in the design of business development initiatives to sell products and services, and identify viable business opportunities within the prospective customer base. Moreover,
• Collaborate with Channel partners for strategy development
• Provide a resource of information in channel for Key accounts, Sales Management and Marketing.
• Develop a commercial proposition by channel/group with categories (pricing, margins, and go-to-market)
Requirements for position #1 and #2:
• BA and/or BSc Degree in any field of study with adequate exposure in FMCG industry
• Mm. 5 years Sales & Marketing experience including Key Accounts in FMCG
• Strong trade and operation knowledge; Demand & Category Management expertise
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability of managing budgets against targets
• Ability to work in cross functional groups within the business unit
• Ability to develop and lead strategies to grow the WS and Retail channels
3. Position Title: Sr. Supply Chain Logistics Executive
Summarized Job Description:
PLAN: Forecast supply/demand; Design logistics; and Manage Third Party Logistics
SOURCE: Source and procure; and Manage suppliers
STORE: Manage warehouse; Receive, pick, pack; and Manage inventory
TRANSPORT: Inbound/outbound transportation; and Manage delivery vans
REVERSE LOGISTICS: Manage product returns; and Product Disposal
Requirements:
BA degree in Business or related Supply Chain program.
• 5-8 years progressive experience in a combination of planning, logistics, and inventory control
• Strong customer focus
• Thrives on order — movement to closure on issues
• Strong information systems skills
• High level understanding of forecasting
• Leadership through influence and effective conflict resolution
4. Position Title: Sales Representatives
Summarized Job Description:
• Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services. Personally contacts and secures new business accounts/customers.
Core Functions:
• Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
• Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Must possess minimum of three (3) years’ experience in the FMCG sector.
• Possession of a post-secondary degree and/or Diploma in business studies and other fields.
• Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving;
• Ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach).
• Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications. Valid driver’s license.
Compensation (for all Positions 1, 2, 3, and 4):
• Salary package is based on individual’s experience (Basic + Transport/Mobile Allowance + Incentive).
• Even though the compensation package format is the same, the incentive Scheme could be different accordingly based on the Job Requirements.
