Depot Analyst is responsible to manage stocks status as per the agreed timeline, in such a way that the required service level towards the customers is achieved at optimum stock level.
Key responsibilities
Updating stock status as per the agreed timeFollow up and update the hourly delivery status for the depot and communicate any challengeGetting the weekly cash operating expenses from finance, review the discrepancy with budgets and comment on the variances.Prepare a budget for the depots with the assigned finance team.Compile all depots Daily KPI and send to Depots ManagerCompile the daily fuel report and sending to Depot managerPrepare and report the daily fleet availability of the depots and communicates and follow up the breakdownEnsure the availability of the document used by depots like VAT, Cash receipts, etc…(Hard Copy)Prepares a summary report of depot performance and send to Depots Manager.Set up the standard distribution costs per case for the depot and revise it weekly with its actual expenditure and comment the variance.Set up a standard time for offloading & loading haulers in depot and follow up the actual performance.Measure the truck waiting time to serve and advise the appropriate solution to minimize waiting times.Manage and train Store keepersPerform a daily cycle count with the Store KeepersPrepare a daily Full and Empty Inventory reconciliation and
Experience & skills required
Education: Technical School or Bachelor in Economics or other.
Experience: 2 years in Depot operations
Language: English B2
Computer: basic skills (Windows, Word and Excel)
