Assistant Production Manager

• Assist Production Manager on all aspects of the day-to-day activities;


• Preventive maintenance and planning;


• Should develop vast knowledge for mechanical works of all Printing-related machines;


• Assists on forecast and production budget;


• Strive for continuous increase of productivity and product quality;


• Safeguard an optimum level of direct material stock required for the production;


• Guide operating staff by setting clear performance objectives, providing regular feedback and providing development through training;


• Implement standardized operating procedures, reporting functions, and work instructions for optimizing the process chains;


• Comply with all relevant company and statutory environmental, health and safety procedures and guidelines.

 Training Manager

• Develop, implement and monitor all training programs for Operational Staff for all different machinery;


• Supervise technical training for staff;


• Create training materials;


• Develop visual aids and presentations;


• Conduct performance evaluations;


• Prepare and implement training budget together with HR.
