ChildFund Ethiopia, an international non-profit humanitarian organization working in different regions of Ethiopia for the well being of children, is seeking experienced candidate for the following positions.
1. Program Quality Manager
Responsible for managing the National Office program design, ensuring the integration of program quality standards across all programs; and providing technical assistance to Local Partner Organizations in accordance with ChildFund Ethiopia’s Core intent, strategic objectives and core program approaches.
Specific duties
Develop, align and contextualize program quality indicators for ChildFund programs and projects; Identifies and ensures standard guidelines are incorporated in the NO program design initiatives. Ensures consistency of NO program/project design activities. Supports the design, implementation and coordination of assessments, research and evaluations; as well as the collection and analysis of baseline socio economic data and profile for potential program design. Provides guidance and support to Local Partner organizations and supports in actual design of new projects to ensure quality standards. Together with the program team, undertakes a regular capacity needs assessment on relevant programmatic issues and develop a prioritized capacity building plan and coordinates with HR on staff related capacity building activities; Supervises guides and supports the Program development, implementation and monitoring and evaluation team. Participate in grant acquisition efforts of the organization by leading and coordinating the proposal development process;Ensure the documentation of best practices that showcase program quality; guide the development and dissemination of marketing and promotional materials;Terms of Employment: One year with a possibility of extension based on proven performance
