Farm Managers Coach
This is a challenging and exctiting (one year renewable contract) opportunity for a senior farm manager, good communicator with outstanding managing, farming and coaching skills. An appropriate tertiary qualification in agriculture and management and a minimum of 10 years practical experience in a senior managerial position are pre requisites. The canditate must be fluent in English and expertise in a variety of crops and fruits, including citrus, grapes and dry beans will count in the applicants favour.
The successful candidate will be required to work closely with farm managers and will report directly to the managing director and owners.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching and mentoring unit managers on all aspects of farming, people management and planning. The ideal candidate must have a natural affinity for coaching and mentoring since there will not be any farming related operational responsibilities.
The salary is competitive in accordance with the applicant's experience and a full range of benefits unique to an established company, supplemented.
Commencement of service: As soon as possible.
