Our company, ACOS Ethiopia PLC, would like to recruit competent professionals for the following posts
Job Title: – Logistics Assistant
Immediate Supervisor – Logistics Dept Manager
Department/Service: – Logistics Department
Job Summary;
- Follow contracts and production programs for preparation of documents on a priority bases.
- Collect vessels schedules from Shipping Lines
- follow correct submission of Shipping instructions to the transitor
- Check cargo dispatch and stuffing reports for requesting of draft Bill of ladings before loading on board of vessels.
- check and pass draft Bill of ladings to customers (If necessary) for their approval
- Follow loading dates and collect final Bill of ladings as per Shipping instructions
- check, correct, collect documents from Adama timely
- Check all original documents and dispatch to customers.
- communicate with customers, Shipping Lines, transitor etc for documentation and information
QUALIFICATIONI REQUIREMENT
- Education Bachelor Degree or College Diploma (10+3) in Accounting, Economics, Management, Information Management, business administration and related fields
- Specialized Training: Micro soft office programs
- Work Experience:- 1 (one) year of relevant work experience for BA degree or 2(two) years of relevant work Experience for college diploma
- Experience in a related field is an advantage.
Salary: As per scale of the company
