· Maintaining inventories adequately as per the consumption requirement of production, operations & other departments.
· Systemizing stock issues as FIFO,FEFO & LIFO,monitor its compliance.
· Coordinating the flow of work from the store keeper & other staff for recording all the transactions & movements of materials in the computer package with authenticity.
· Maintaining stocks as per the requirement to avoid over stocking & draining cash flow.
· Inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders, processes and distribute documentation with purchase orders, receiving reports for accounting after entering into inventory system.
· Providing proper guideline for the staff & extract efficiency to maximize the productivity.
· Responsible & accountable for the shortage & variance of items.
· Organizing stores in a manner to optimize the storage capacity.
· Ensures proper recording of movements of store items in & out of stores.
· Prepares staff schedules in accordance with business needs & holding monthly meetings.
· Coordinate & cooperate with the receiving & purchasing department s regarding the day to day purchasing & receiving activity.
· Ensures cleanliness of all areas, keeping food storage area in strict compliance with health code regulations & HAACCP standards.
· Issue a slow moving stock list at least once a month.
· Responsible for stores keys through security to safeguard against unauthorized personnel gaining entry.
· Conducting frequent quality audits to ensure staff is properly trained and following established procedures.
BA or Diploma in procurement or related fields and 2/4 years of relevant experience. Experience from manufacturing company has advantage.
