Position: Livelihood Expert

Duty Station: Diksis Woreda, Arsi Zone, Oromia Region
 
Duties and Responsibilities: Among other things, the incumbent will be responsible for:

• Ensuring that planning and implementation of the project activities are in accordance with the program principles, approaches & procedures of the organization


• Working closely with woreda partners in planning, implementing and monitoring and evaluation of the project activities


• Participate in needs assessment and project proposal preparation


• Actively involve in project planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation tasks


• Provides training to the target props


• Ensuring that the public works and food security activities are implemented according to the technical specification set together with partners and time schedule


• Ensuring that gender issues are properly addressed during the process of the project planning and implementation


• Prepare regular reports
