SOLARKIOSK Solution is looking for a qualified, competent and interested applicant for the position of Human Resource and Office Assistance, who will be responsible for The Human Resources & Office Assistance, he/ she must have a clear understanding of business objectives both companies (SKS and KTS) and be able to devise and implement international policies which select, develop and retain the right staff needed to meet the objectives of both partnering companies.
Responsibilities:
As the Human Resources Officers, where he/ she develop, advises on and implement policies relating to the effective use of personnel within the company. Among others, one of the aim from a Human Resources Officers perspective is to ensure that the KTS/ SKS employs the right balance of staff in terms of skills and experience, and that training and development opportunities are available to employees to enhance their performance and achieve the company’s business aims.
Identify, suggest, plan and organize staff trainings including objective, program and budget in conjunction with departmental managers and management board.Overall organization and coordination of operator trainings and workshopsRequest HR budget for purchasing all necessary materials and equipment of new and existing staff membersDispute management among departments or staff membersPrepare staff release documents such as letters of recommendations, pay slips etc. Manage hiring processes from by drafting job announcements, identifying job announcement channels and announcement posting over candidate short listing and conducting interviews to finalizing work contract, ending by conducting orientation and training to new employees. Suggest coaching, counseling, and disciplining of employees to the management board. Initiating, coordinating, and enforcing company rules, policies, and procedures in place by e.g. developing a staff handbooks and make suggestion of improvement to the management board. Motivate, mentor and coach staff in collaboration with department heads and management boardKeep staff attendance reports and maintain employee personal files. Monitor vacation and sick leave. Interpreting and advising on employment law to the management board.Typing both Amharic and English
