The Admissions and Communications Administrative Assistant/Registrar is primarily responsible for maintaining accurate admissions records, both electronically and in paper format, and coordinating the withdrawal of students leaving ICS. The Assistant will also support the Admissions and Communications Office with internal and external communications needs.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
Reports to: Admissions and Communications Coordinator

DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
1) Assist with the annual registration and family information update process
2) Stationary orders – maintain supplies of stationary and order business cards, profiles, application folders, etc.
3) Assist Admissions Office with promoting the school to prospective students and parents
4) Preparation of application files and data entry for applicants
5) Assist with maintaining accurate database and paper records for applications
6) Greet and assist visitors
7) Maintain appealing appearance in the Admissions/Communications office
8) Primary contact for families leaving ICS – organize withdrawal process for all leaving students, including notifying staff, communicating with parents, organizing exit interviews, issuing checkout forms, preparing and sending withdrawal documents, and preparing student files for the archive.
9) Prepare school records for alumni as requested
10) Assist with managing student record archives
OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
· BA. Degree in Business Administration/related field with two (2) years experience.
. Minimum 2 years experience in Admin Related areas.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Demonstrated initiative, detail-oriented, highly organized, excellent English oral and written communication skills, including accuracy with spelling and grammar, excellent computer skills.
