GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Ensure all established based aspects of the recruitment and selection process functions effectively for the recruitment of permanent and part time employees and administer a company’s benefits programs.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
BA Degree in Management and related fields2 years of expereicne in similar position Able to use IT ProgrammesHigh level communication skills (written and verbal)An understanding of Ethiopian Labor law and HR policies and procedures
