a. Coordinate the implementation of the program on behalf of EPS.
b. Prepare detailed project implementation work plan and monitor the project activities
according to the work plan.
c. Coordinate the newborn corner initiative, review of the training materials and trainings of the
health workers under this project.
d. Supervise and provide technical assistance to various consultants hired for the newborn care
project.
e. Conducting regular planned regional chapters and sites supervisions activities and reports in
writing to the office.
f. Work as liaison with Regional health bureaus and EPS concerning the newborn corner project
implementation.
g. Conduct health facility supervision and monitoring on the good practices and actions taken
after and during implementation of this project.
h. Submit report to the executive director on:-
i. Project updates, issues, needs, problems and ideas for improving the better implementation
of the project.
ii. Regular financial report.
i. Develop / prepare project proposals and submit to the funding agents
j. provide technical assistance to project other activities of the society
