Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate activates of staff ;
- Interview Job applicants ;
- Administer salaries and work out leave entitlement ;
- Be involved in staff training and development, the preparation of job descriptions staff assessments and promotion;
- Prepare annual estimates of expenditure, maintaining budgetary and inventory controls and make recommendations to management;
- Maintaining management information system (manual or computerized);
- Locate suitable business premises and negotiate responsible leasing agreements other ;
- Purchases stationers and other goods requested by the office ;
Job Requirements
- BA Degree with Management or any other related filed
- 3 Years and above relevant experience
- Office software skills.
