• Sound knowledge of DCP’s product and service offerings.


• Up-to-date knowledge of export administration laws and regulations, and their impact on DCP’s export operations.


• Good knowledge of the principles and methodologies for maintaining terminal equipment and facilities.


• Very good analytical and problem solving skills.


• Good communication skills.


• Strong leadership and relationship management skills.


• Good business writing skills.

Good communication and writing skills of English and Amharic. Knowledge of Aphan Oromo will be an     added advantage;

Job Requirements:

Qualification  and Expriance

M.B.A./B.A. Transport Management or Business Administration, Management, Geography or other related fields;

Expriance  of 14 years for M.B.A or  15 years  for B.A
