POSITION: Health Club Members’ Supervisor
Job Number: HOT01V6F
As a Health Club Members’ Care Supervisor with Hilton Hotels & Resorts you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of all the recreation facilities. Ensure guest services and satisfaction regarding all the recreation areas in accordance with Hilton standards. Specifically, you will perform the following tasks to the highest standard.
- Support and assist Membership Orientation procedures and processes.
- Report directly to the Recreation Manager.
- Must be able to work independently and be a self-starting problem solver.
- Accept recommendations and suggestions from the Members and work to balance operational and financial objectives.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE
- BA Degree in Management or other related field
- Computer literate & ability to input and retrieve information using computers and related software.
- Knowledge in principles and practices of managing Recreational Membership
- 5 years’ experience in Health Club Environment and Hospitality Industry preferred.
- Good communication skill in English and Amharic (verbal &written)
- Knowledge in basic health & safety procedures, facility equipment and services.
- Able to show initiative and make decisions
- Must have excellent customer service skills and be detail oriented and Creative in marketing and promotions.
- Ability to plan ahead and to be flexible, good administration skills.
- Ability to listen establishes and/or implements operating procedures and standards.
- Must be able to remain calm in stressful situations; i.e. guest issues, high volume days, multitasking.
