NAM Stationery Trade
1. Perform all secretarial activities
2. Organizes and assist the office of the General Manager.
3. Ensures the confidentiality of the GM’s office and all records.
4. Assisting the General Manager in coordinate projects towards achieving goals and mission of the company.
5. Translates correspondence between English and Amharic and vice versa.
6. Ensures that all communications and correspondences are appropriately numbered and filed.
7. Preparing and sending business invitation letters to the concerned embassies or consular office for expat employees.
8. Prepare minutes of management committee meetings and make sure that department mangers get the agenda in time and do follow-up assignments.
9. Prepare and send reports to mail recipients.
10. Take responsibility of the routine tasks of the GM.
11. Keep and control appointments and visits to GM office.
12. Documenting staff and customer feedback and complaints and report to GM or in his absence delegate department managers for possible corrective actions.
13. Receive book and control visitor reservations to company guesthouse and hotels.
