Premium Print Plc are an Addis Ababa based Toner Cartridge Manufacturer and reseller. Our Headquarters are in Hayahulet behind the Axum hotel. We re focussed on the East African market (Ethiopia, Kenya, Tanzania, Mozambique, Rwanda & Uganda).

 

 

The Role

·      Responsible for all aspects of recruitment, including generating CV’s, Vetting Cv’s, arranging & conducting interviews, issuing contracts of employments.

·      Creation of an induction program.

·      Creation & Implementation of an appraisal system.

·      Handling all disciplinary & performance matters.

·      Pay reviews.

·      Managing time keeping & absence.

 

 

The Candidate

·      An experienced HR person, either working as a senior HR person or HR Manager.

·      Must have a “Can Do” attitude and a hands on approach. Must be prepared to get involved in all aspects of the business.

·      Good knowledge of all relevant Proclamations.

·      Good time keeping and attendance record.

·      Professional manner & the ability to handle sensitive information.

·      Good work ethic.
