Currently the Company operates at three different campuses: Gerji, Gullele and Lebu with more than 3700 students, 265 teaching and 117 administrative staff. The company wants to hire highly motivated, energetic and committed individuals in the following vacant posts.

- English (preferably native language speaker)
- Mathematics
- Physics
- Chemistry
- Biology
- Geography
- History

Qualification:- The subject specialist must have a master’s degree in the area of his/her specialization. His/her first degree must be similar to the post graduate degree with a minimum of ten years teaching and other related experiences. Having a PhD is an advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities
• The subject specialist is expected to coordinate the preparation, review and approval of annual and weekly lesson plans at the company level and distribute for all schools and follow up the implementation process.
• Supporting teachers to prepare teaching materials and utilize it accordingly in the teaching learning processes.
• Prepare uniform company wide exam in his /her subject area.
• Organize programs and link with all the school system company wide so as to help the slow learners to improve their academic performances.
• Frequently coach teachers in his/her subject area.
• Set Model Exams for grade 8, 10 and 12 at the company level in his/her subject area.
• Assist teachers to improve their performances in his/her subject area.
• Make a periodic result analysis of students result and work for the entire improvement of student performance in his/her area of specialization.
• Design and develop training programs based on both the company’s and individual needs in collaboration with HR department.
• Work closely with the company’s IT manager to integrate the teaching learning processes with information technology in his /her subject area.
• Work effectively in the recruitment process of competent teachers in his/her subject area together with the HR department.
• Adopts and study experience of other countries schools teaching learning process to apply and customize in our School.
