Job Description

Responsibilities
• Manage document flow for construction contractor submittals. Track receipt and Tetra Tech response to submittals. Follow up to ensure completion and file all correspondence in an organized manner.
• Support management of data collection from the field. Ensure that reports are received and properly filed. Follow up with field staff to ensure completeness and quality
• Produce reports of construction activity using data from the field to inform the COP, DCOP, and USAID
• Support technical management staff in preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
• Manage project deliverables and files in electronic and hard copy
• Assist in procurement for goods and services following USAID and Tetra Tech policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned
• Reports to Chief of Party

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance, administration, business, or a relevant field
• Ten years of relevant experience in engineering or construction donor-funded projects, preferably for USAID
• Knowledge of US government regulations for USAID direct contracts related to procurement
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel
• Proficiency in English, both oral and written
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• This position is subject to final client approval.
