Job Requirements
SKILLS AND COMPETENCE:
· Diploma/Degree in Management, Human Resource or related fields with two years experience in work preferably with an INGO.
· Knowledge of country labour law.
· Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
· Proven knowledge and experience of computerised systems.
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Ability to manage competing tasks; ability to priorities.
· Ability to achieve results by influence and persuasion.
· Ability to forge effective working relationships at all levels.
· Fluency in English both verbal and written and local languages
· Trustworthy
