Quality Advisor Job at Technoserve - 2015

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Carryout green coffee quality by tasting and evaluating green coffee at different stages of testing.  Assist Travels to Ethiopia coffee regions and coops to support country quality programs. Provides support to agronomist with feedback on key field and processing experiments in consulting with senior quality advisor. Keeps up to date with industry quality standards and trends in Specialty coffee. Communicates to BA’s and the supply chains with regards to sample quality. Delivers training to new cuppers and key stakeholders. Determines quality of green coffee samples, provide support to build green coffee blends to maximize quality and help to recommend usage/clients.
