Brew House Operator

Take measurements and conduct standardized tests on beer/wort to ensure compliance with quality standards; factors such as Gravity and pH

ü  Organizes and track brewing materials

ü  Operates machinery to process beer

ü  Prepares ingredients for beer processing.

ü  Maintains records of production throughout various processes

ü  Monitors the brewing processes and adjust equipment as required

ü  Cleans equipment and utensils to make sure quality standards are met.

Job Requirements

Requirements

•       B.Sc. /Diploma  in  any Natural Science or General Mechanics, Electricity or related fields;

•      2 years for BA/ 4  years for Diploma relevant experience in the Brewing Industry,  and

Willing to work on shift bases.
