We are looking for a OHS Specialist to provide Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) support for the region/country, coordinate responsibilities to meet business needs and ensure compliance with Group and Regional Occupational Health & Safety procedures.

Develop OHS regional strategy aligned to global OHS framework Provide functional OHS expertise Manage OHS reporting and incident management Apply and facilitate execution of OHS policies and directives Monitor compliance with labour laws and OHS legislation Monitor Supplier OHS performance
Bachelor degree and recognized formal OHS qualification e.g. degree or diploma Strong communication and presentation skills Accurate with attention to detail Analytical skills Proficient in Microsoft Office
Persuading and Influencing Writing and reporting Analyzing Planning and organizing Delivering results and meeting customer expectations Following instructions and procedures
