


Provide direct technical support to country, district, and provincial-level TB and TB/HIV programs.
Coordinate with technical partners at the national and local levels.
Contribute to identification, development, implementation and coordination of activities to build district-level human resource capacity, strengthening referral networks, increasing information flow between providers, community and patients; and assessing and responding to barriers of testing, treatments and successful management of TB and TB/HIV.
Monitor quality of TB and TB/HIV activities within the project.
Develop and guide the use of appropriate monitoring and evaluation tools to track and monitor community TB related activities.
Lead the development of community TB related training materials, implementation manuals, guides, etc.
Build the capacity of national and local partner’s staff and government TB focal persons on TB and TB/HIV screening, case referrals, treatment adherence support, case management and monitoring and evaluation of health systems and leverage current social mobilization efforts to stimulate treatment-seeking behaviors.
Provide strategic technical oversight to ensure that program activities are carried out within budget and timeframe specified and that all activities are aligned with PATH expectations re quality.
Qualifications :
MD or Bsc in Public Health with at least 4 years of experience in TB, TB/HIV and TB-DOTSExperience in community TB program is preferred.Experience in providing trainings to health workers and CSO staff.
Excellent communication and computer skills.
Experience in working with International NGOs and donor agencies.
