Responsibilities:
Supervise on Weight gain control, Hoppers, ladle, fall chute making process & pre-heating processes and Fall chute and runner fitting alignment workControl Process, Rejection control and Trouble shooting Manpower management and Training & development such as job skill knowledge, communication, responsibility, safety Productivity IncreaseAttending day to day size conversion & production  planning program   Mould Dimension checking & Maintenance.
Supervise and design the process  in the manufacture of all types of carbon steels, high strength low alloy steel , high alloy steel, Boron steel, soft magnetic iron, die steels, nickel chrome steel, tool steels, stainless steel and wide range of specialty steels.Supervise and train on  of Steel making, Physical Metallurgy .Strength in Basic oxygen furnace (converter), Electrical arc furnace, Induction furnace , Vacuum arc degassing ,Ladle furnace ,Billet caster, Steel foundry, Reheat furnace, Vacuum degassing station, Ladle management and Heat treatment furnaces and Hydrometallurgy unitsUsed analytical skills to define, justify and implement continuous improvement initiativesCasting and machining design of large cast components and weldments.coordinated all work activities with melt shop personnel, mechanical department Electrical,     Instrumentation and Metallurgical labMaintained metallurgical parameters, processed ferrous and non ferrous materials.Developed Metallurgical operating practices to produce specialty quality steelAble to investigate quality related production problems and solving root cause problems.
Train and supervise  core making, pattern making and mould preparationTrain and supervise on the process of sand cast, precision cast and permanent mould castingTrain and supervise on the composition of ferrous and non ferrous materialsRequirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering or equivalent.At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Age 30 - 45 years oldMust be hard working.Can work with minimum supervision.With good communication skills.10 positions available.
